Terms and conditions
1. All reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card only, please ensure that your card covers charges for the first night plus taxes, to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
2. Complete mailing address and contact phone of the guest is required at the time of making a reservation.
3. The confirmation number, which is given to the guest upon confirming the reservation, must be retained.
4. The check in time of the hotel is 3:00 PM EST and checkout time is 12 noon.
5. All cancellations to be made 24 hours in advance of the date of arrival by 3:00 PM EST.
6. A unique cancellation number starting with a letter 'x' will be given after a reservation is cancelled, that number needs to be retained.
7. Kids 13 years of age and under stay free provided they are accompanied by an adult.
8. You have to be 21 years or older to make an on-line reservation.
9. You have to be 21 years or older to stay in the room without adult supervision.
10. No pets are allowed in the property.
11. All rates quoted are subject to availability.
12. All rates quoted are based on single/double occupancy.
13. All rates quoted do not include sales and occupancy taxes.
14. Additional person charges will apply.
15. Changes in your reservation may affect your rates.
