Note: canceling your reservation is final and cannot be undone. If you cancel your reservation on-line, we cannot guarantee that another reservation is available for the dates you selected or for the same rate.

To change a reservation you should make a NEW reservation first (you may use the box at the top-right of this page) and then cancel the previous one.

This page only cancels reservations made on this site.

If your reservation was placed by telephone through the Apple Core Hotels reservations department, please call 1(800) 567-7720 or +1 (212) 790-2734 to cancel your reservation.

If your reservation was placed through a third-party website, please contact the same website to cancel your reservation.

Where to cancel your reservation depends on your confirmation code:

A. Confirmation number consists of NUMBERS only...

If your reservation was placed recently and your confirmation code starts with a number, please cancel your reservation here or call one of the numbers above.

B. Confirmation number starts with a LETTER...

If your reservation was placed before July 20, 2010, and your confirmation code starts with a letter (W, G, T or C) use the form below to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival day before 3 pm EST. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night's stay.
